Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill our Part-Time Administrative Assistant position. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to optimize agent and branch operations.

About the Role:

  • Responsibilities:
    • Scheduling and promoting agents on Mar/Tech tools to improve adoption and efficiency.
    • Onboarding new and experienced agents.
    • Process paperwork for agent departures and transfers.
    • Maintain office purchasing/supplies, workrooms, supplies, and equipment.
    • Manage branch floor duty/opportunity schedules.
    • Assist sales managers with recruiting packages.
    • Provide assistance to agents with copiers, computers, and phones.
    • Troubleshoot agent ordering issues.

Requirements:

  • A basic understanding of real estate processes.
  • An associate's degree or 3-5 years of branch operations experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • The ability to train one-on-one or in small group settings.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation: An estimated salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
