Job Description:
This exciting opportunity requires a driven and persuasive communicator to manage current customers and bring in new business, building a profitable and rewarding customer base. As an Account Manager at Setpoint Systems Corporation, you will be responsible for pursuing new, retrofit, and upgrade/expansion building automation/system integration projects through assigned mechanical contractors and consulting engineers. Your exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills will enable you to develop strong relationships with prospective contractors and consultants, ultimately driving sales growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with prospective contractors and consultants
Pursue new, retrofit, and upgrade/expansion building automation/system integration projects
Manage current customers and bring in new business
Drive sales growth and success

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 2 years of experience in building control systems. Your analytical and organizational skills, combined with your working knowledge of DDC, electric, and pneumatic control systems, will serve as the foundation for your success. A proven track record of contributing to a team-oriented environment and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential. LEED GA/AP, CEM, PE, or ASHRAE certification is preferred, but not required. We offer extensive product training to ensure your success in this role.

Location and Job Parameters:
This is an on-site position with the possibility of working out of our Colorado Springs office, with some travel to our main office in Littleton, CO (SE of Denver).
