Job Summary:

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Telecom/Mobile Manager to lead our team in NYC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing vendor/carrier relationships, procuring mobile devices, and maintaining inventory. Your expertise in unified telecommunications infrastructure planning, design, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting will be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor/carrier relationships and procurement of mobile devices
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage spare pool
  • Design, plan, and implement mobile device carrier upgrades and deployments
  • Create and manage mobile device support processes and procurement processes
  • Oversee design, planning, and implementation for all project-related work for Unified Communication systems
  • Assist with the preparation of the facilities and central office Telecommunication Department's Annual Budget
  • Monitor departmental expenditures and expedite payment
  • Manage all purchase requisitions and reconciliation of departmental budget
  • Review all pertinent invoices
  • Oversee the maintenance of CDR records and database and monthly telephone bills for site clinics
  • Collaborate with carrier vendors, iPad, Apple iPhone, Galaxy Android technical support, and IT organizations to resolve technical issues
  • Perform other enterprise-wide Telecommunications duties as requested

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in telecom/mobile management
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
