As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 5-6 directs, overseeing vendor/carrier management, procurement of mobile devices, budgeting, and creating and managing mobile device support processes and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5-6 directs
- Oversee vendor/carrier management
- Procure mobile devices and maintain inventory
- Create and manage mobile device support processes and procurement processes
- Manage 24/7 mobile device telecommunications services support for various facilities and healthcare/school-based clinics
- Provide expertise in planning, design, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting of unified telecommunication infrastructure
- Create and manage mobile device-related projects to ensure timely delivery
- Manage design, planning, and implementation for all mobile device carrier upgrades and mobile device deployments
- Manage all related mobile devices, maintain accurate inventory records, and manage spare pool
- Oversee design, planning, and implementation for all project-related work for unified communication systems
- Responsible for quarterly review and complete inventory for mobile device inventory, PBX adjuncts, and related equipment
- Assist with preparation of facilities and central office telecommunications department's annual budget
- Monitor departmental expenditures and expedite payment
- Manage all purchase requisitions and reconciliation of departmental budget
- Review all pertinent invoices
- Oversee maintenance of CDR records and database and monthly telephone bills for site clinics
- Collaborate with carrier vendors, iPad, Apple iPhone, Galaxy Android technical support, and IT organizations to resolve technical issues
- Perform other enterprise-wide telecommunications duties as requested
Requirements:
