Position: Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist
Shift: 3rd Shift (5pm-5am, Monday to Thursday with overtime on Friday)

Overview:
The Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that products and materials meet the established quality standards of NESCO Inc. This position involves the evaluation of raw materials and finished products, making critical decisions on their acceptance or rejection based on quality criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints and guidelines to fully understand the quality requirements for products and materials.
  • Assess and determine the quality of raw materials, documenting supplier performance.
  • Conduct sampling of finished products and evaluate them using precise measurement techniques, functionality tests, and specifications comparisons.
  • Utilize automated systems to execute intricate testing processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of testing results, including metrics such as daily defect counts.
  • Examine the production cycle procedures to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Oversee equipment usage to guarantee safety and proper maintenance, discarding any non-compliant items.
  • Compile and present detailed reports to the quality management team.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in multiple languages is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality inspection or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving results.
  • Dependable and trustworthy character.
  • Familiarity with quality testing equipment and methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of quality control standards and testing processes.
  • Certification in quality control (e.g., ISO 9000) is highly regarded.
