About the Role
As a Front Office Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the front office team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of guest service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing front office staff and coordinating daily activities.
- Overseeing cash control processes for front desk agents.
- Identifying staffing needs and assisting in recruitment.
- Providing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Creating staff schedules to optimize service delivery.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $56,800 to $72,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
