We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Front Office team, including supervising and training staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in hotel committees and task forces to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Minimum two years of experience in a front office supervisory role or equivalent experience in hotel operations.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing software.
- Marriott experience preferred, but not required.
