Baker and Packager Associate

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Baker and Packager Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh baked goods daily, following recipes and production guidelines to ensure high-quality products for our members.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes/make-up instructions, and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicate with members of the team, and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.

- Be an Owner: Ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintain work area according to company policies and procedures, and ensure quality and date control standards for bakery items.
