Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lending Administrator to join our team at Weitz and Luxenberg PC.

Job Summary:

As a Lending Administrator, you will be responsible for processing documents for titles and mortgage recordings, conducting follow-up, and releasing liens as requested. You will also ensure the confidentiality and security of all loans being processed, type, process, and disburse loans as directed by loan officers, and maintain loan files according to procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the confidentiality and security of all loans being processed
* Type, process, and disburse loans as directed by loan officers
* Maintain loan files according to procedure
* Monitor working loan files to ensure proper documents are obtained
* Assist in monitoring and disbursing reserve accounts
* Respond to customers inquiries by phone and in person and assists them with their needs
* Assure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations
* Demonstrate a strong commitment and dedication to internal and external customer service

Requirements:

* Associate's Degree, accounting, loan, and bank experience preferred
* Must be extremely confidential, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven record of problem solving ability
* Must demonstrate above average diplomacy when dealing with customers
* Coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines to insure quality service
* Must be proficient in understanding and operating computer systems necessary to support Lending Division
