Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves collaborating effectively within a production unit to create and assemble high-quality components such as glass, doors, frames, and subassemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble component parts into finished subassemblies and complete units following established work instructions.
  • Conduct inspections of parts and completed units using various inspection tools including gauges, tape measures, and calipers.
  • Perform end-of-line product checks and necessary repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any changes or issues that may affect product specifications.
  • Assist in problem-solving within assembly groups.
  • Provide recommendations for improving inspection processes to enhance first-pass yield.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in production assembly.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • Basic reading and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with 6S methodology.
  • Ability to comprehend job specifications thoroughly.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
