The role of a Production Laborer involves engaging in various tasks that require significant physical effort. Key responsibilities include:
- Constructing wooden forms for concrete based on technical drawings and prior experience.
- Repairing finished concrete products.
- Keeping the work area organized by collecting tools and equipment and ensuring the site is secure daily to prevent hazards.
- Handling and storing materials efficiently.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
Workers are also expected to adhere to safety protocols and report any incidents as required.

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a duration of several months.
Work EnvironmentThe position is fully on-site and involves working in a production setting characterized by:
- Variable air quality and noise levels
- Potential exposure to hazardous equipment
- Inconsistent lighting conditions
- Occasional exposure to dirt, dust, chemicals, and wet concrete
A facility manager ensures that a comprehensive list of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) is available on-site at all times.
