**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business expansion goals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and relationship management
  • Deliver customized solutions to meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

**Requirements:**

  • 4+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Proven experience in selling contact center services to clients
  • B2B sales experience required
  • Strong ability to understand clients' needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
