Job Description

At NielsenIQ, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Transformation Strategist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive key global initiatives related to how, where, and by whom we execute our sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with business leaders and include commercial transformation, operating model design, broad commercial initiatives, process redesign, and data analytics.

About the Role
As a Sales Transformation Strategist, you will work directly with the VP of Sales Transformation on these initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Establishing On-Going Procedures
  • Refreshing Global GTM Strategy
  • Identifying Opportunities to Enhance Data Inputs
  • Evolving Design and Deployment of Sales Roles
  • Providing Strategic Guidance to Sales Leadership
  • Designing and Executing Sales Transformation Initiatives

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Rigorous Discipline
  • 8+ Years Experience in Commercial Consulting
  • Demonstrated History of Supporting Data-Driven Initiatives
  • Robust Analytical and Problem-Solving Capabilities
  • Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills
