Sales Leadership Opportunity:
Aebi Schmidt North America invites applications for a highly skilled Director of Sales – After Sales to lead our sales efforts in promoting and selling spare parts and service programs across North America. As a senior sales strategist, you will develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue, while maintaining strong relationships with key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that effectively promote and sell our spare parts and service programs.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with key customer accounts to enhance relationships and increase share of wallet for spare parts and services.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and respective sales teams to establish sales goals on key customer accounts.
  • Promote parts and service programs for each respective business unit, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Partner with leaders to streamline processes and drive improvements.
  • Enter new and existing customer data into ERP & Sales software systems.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field.
  • GED/High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and previous After Sales experience or related field experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in basic mathematics and computation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
