Clinical Team Manager

Eliot's Behavioral Health Division is an innovative provider of community-based services. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with psychiatric disabilities. We're seeking a seasoned Clinical Team Manager to oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate recovery services, vocational support, and clinical interventions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Team Leader to coordinate case management services, including income management, insurance navigation, and access to community resources. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee all administrative and clinical functions of the team, ensuring timely delivery of services to up to 125 individuals.
- Develop and review treatment plans, incorporating person-centered approaches and cultural competence.
- Ensure seamless coordination of care, including vocational services, employment support, and medical appointments.
- Provide direct clinical interventions, adapting treatment plans as needed, and ensuring services are strengths-based, recovery-focused, and inclusive of person preferences.
- Oversee completion of clinical assessments, risk evaluations, and intake processes, ensuring timely and culturally competent delivery.
- Provide on-call backup support to case management staff, ensuring continuity of care.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
Compensation: Starting at $85,000 annual salary
