Full-time Physiatrist Position

At Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team, we are seeking a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences. Our Beaumont Clinic offers a great opportunity to provide skilled care to our patients and grow with the nation's leader in outpatient physical therapy.
Responsibilities:
As a Physiatrist, you will implement high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care. Maintain a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients, enhancing and expanding client relations with facilities and their staff.Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy. Outpatient clinical rotation is required if you are a current student. Outpatient experience within the last 5 years is required if you are a practicing clinician. A valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration is required to start. Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients. Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is required.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting annual base of $68,000, a $4,200 annual student debt relief program, and a potential $10,000 sign-on bonus. Additional staff and clinical development bonuses are available once hired. Our benefits package includes multiple health plans, dental/vision/prescription/disability/supplemental life insurance, and a company-matching 401(k) plan. Generous paid time off (PTO) and extended illness days (EID) are also offered.
