Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist - Neurosciences Team

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated clinical pharmacist to join our neurosciences team at UK HealthCare. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, knowledge of inpatient drug distribution, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical pharmacokinetic/anti-coagulation monitoring
* Make clinical interventions in terms of patient education
* Participate in interdisciplinary rounds
* Interact with pharmacy residents and students

Requirements:

* Graduation from an ACPE-accredited school/college of pharmacy
* Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency (or equivalent experience)
* Eligibility for licensure in Kentucky

Preferred Education/Experience:

* Pharm D degree
* ASHP PGY1 residency and/or PGY2 specialty residency
