Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Sales: Greet clients, maintain a professional atmosphere, answer phone calls and emails, qualify prospective residents, and present community and apartment features.
  • Resident Relations: Answer phone calls, take service requests, complete service request forms, and assist residents with their needs.
  • Outreach Marketing: Meet weekly marketing goals, perform outreach marketing, update advertising and websites, and compile market survey information.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma (college hours preferred).
  • Skills: Computer skills, outgoing personality, and ability to work flexible hours.
  • Experience: Previous leasing or sales experience preferred.
