Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Restaurant General Manager is pivotal in guiding the TEAM, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will oversee the entire restaurant's functions while fostering a cohesive team that delivers quality food and a welcoming atmosphere. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, hiring, and nurturing talent, alongside conducting orientation and crafting tailored training plans for new employees.
- Effectively scheduling and deploying team members, addressing performance challenges, and resolving customer concerns.
- Managing the restaurant's financial health, including budget oversight and financial planning.
A successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication abilities, a proven history of developing team members, and a positive outlook. Taco Bell offers a platform for career growth and success.
Essential Qualifications and Responsibilities- High School Diploma or GED required; a College or University Degree is preferred.
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with Profit and Loss accountability.
- Basic proficiency in personal computer usage.
- Preference for internal promotion from the Assistant General Manager role.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Successful completion of background checks and drug testing is required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Basic business math and accounting skills, along with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to maintain cleanliness in the restaurant's parking lot and surrounding areas.
- Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for the majority of the shift.
