Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Hawaii Pacific Health. As a Hospitalist Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading medical teams, and contributing to the development of healthcare policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients in the hospital setting
  • Lead and manage medical teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement healthcare policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care

Requirements

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Completion of a Hospital Medicine fellowship program (optional)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hospitalist Physician
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
