As a Junior Automotive Service Technician, you will acquire practical experience in one of Goodyear's service centers, learning to perform essential automotive services while delivering exceptional customer service.

Shift Details: Our locations may operate seven days a week, which could include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications We Value:
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Prior experience in automotive preventative maintenance or formal automotive training is advantageous.
About the Role: Skills You Will Develop:
  • Executing basic automotive services such as tire mounting and balancing, tire repairs, oil changes, and filter replacements.
  • Training alongside experienced automotive technicians to learn additional services.
  • Providing excellent customer service, including clear communication and feedback regarding customer vehicles.
  • Encouraging teamwork to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to company policies regarding vehicle care and operation.
  • Performing various manual tasks for extended periods, which may involve lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
