Dialysis Technician

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing individualized care to patients with chronic kidney disease. Our mission is to prioritize patient care and well-being, and we seek like-minded individuals to join our team.

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide care to patients with end-stage renal disease. The PCT will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to deliver prescribed treatments and ensure safe care for patients.

• Participate in infection control and risk management activities
• Guide new patients through a 120-day education plan
• Obtain and record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment
• Set up and break down dialysis blood systems for treatment
• Insert and remove patient access needles
• Monitor patients during dialysis and document changes
• Calculate patient weight loss to reach dry weight
• Determine patient care priorities and organize workload
• Maintain professional working relationships and observe patient privacy and rights
• Maintain and track inventory
• Perform laboratory work
