Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year About the Company: We are a dynamic manufacturing organization seeking a full-time Financial Controller. The ideal applicant should possess a CPA and have over 10 years of relevant professional experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee the complete accounting operations of the organization, including General Ledger Accounting, Month-end Closures, Monthly Consolidation and Reporting, Year-end Closing, and Audit Management, as well as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
  • Manage regional accounting teams effectively.
  • Lead the monthly financial closing process, ensuring adherence to a structured checklist, performing consolidated account reconciliations, and establishing standard accounting practices across the organization.
  • Conduct preliminary reviews of financial statements and variance analyses, serving as the subject matter expert on monthly variances while collaborating with the CFO to finalize monthly outcomes.
  • Supervise the monthly consolidation of multiple entities across various countries, maintaining the consolidation model and mapping tables to facilitate integration from diverse ERP systems.
Qualifications:
  • CPA designation is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to process enhancement, with a focus on identifying and implementing improvements within the finance and accounting teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP; experience with SEC reporting is advantageous.
