Lead Carpenter Position

Gpac is partnering with a company to find an experienced Lead Carpenter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong carpentry background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee carpentry projects, managing schedules and supervising crew members.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution.
- Perform high-quality carpentry work, including framing, cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and adherence to project specifications.
- Train and mentor apprentices.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project goals.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order.
- Proven experience as a carpenter, with a minimum of 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
