Baker Construction is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, stripping, and/or repairing structures of steel, wood, and plywood using carpenter's hand and power tools, conforming to construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installs footing forms
• Builds and installs wall and column forms
• Builds and installs structural deck forms
• Sets slab-on-grade forms
• Preps and sets tilt-up/precast forms
• Works with building layout
• Ensures a safe work environment
• Participates in training/certifications

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must pass site-specific background check
