Job Title: Wealth Client Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Client Management Consultant to join our team at CAPTRUST. As a key member of our client service team, you will work closely with financial advisors to service and retain wealth client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, internal business partners, and clients through exceptional proactive service.
  • Service existing client relationships by delivering high-quality service, processing transactions, and addressing client requests in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and provide documentation and materials required for client calls and visits.
  • Participate in investment reviews and annual reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Onboard new client relationships through correspondence, reports, and new account paperwork.
  • Work with financial advisors and internal business partners to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Organize and maintain client records in accordance with CAPTRUST, industry, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a four-year college degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a client service role in the brokerage, investment advisory, or financial services environment.
