Job Description

At Dynasty Financial Partners, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Relationship Management Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our client firms, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective relationship management strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to client firms, including business planning, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client firm leaders, Dynasty Financial Partners team members, and other external partners.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
