Position Overview
At Norstella, we are dedicated to accelerating the delivery of life-saving therapies to patients. As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be integral in ensuring our financial health and facilitating growth.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will report to the Treasury head and be responsible for:

  • Managing daily cash flow and funding operations, ensuring efficient intercompany settlements and external payments.
  • Collaborating with global banking partners to manage bank accounts and assess necessary financial products and services.
  • Overseeing Corporate Card administration and liaising with employees and banking institutions.
  • Developing a streamlined global cash and banking framework to optimize liquidity across all entities.
  • Documenting investment details, including money markets, repos, time deposits, and derivatives.
  • Creating and refining processes and controls to enhance Treasury Operations.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analyses and generating reports on cash management, risk metrics, and debt utilization.
  • Supporting system and bank portal requests, including user access and internal controls.
  • Assisting in strategic planning for banking RFPs and insurance renewals.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Treasury systems landscape.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in corporate Treasury, particularly in cash management and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in cash positioning within an international multi-currency Treasury environment.
  • Strong written communication skills for developing standard operating procedures.
  • Familiarity with Treasury systems such as Kyriba, Quantum, Integrity, or GTreasury.
  • Experience in processing payments accurately and efficiently.
  • A proven track record in managing finance-related projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
  • A commitment to enhancing the Treasury team's performance and visibility.
  • Relevant accounting certification (CPA, CMA) or Treasury qualification (CTP).
