Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select, hire, and nurture an adequate number of managers and attendants.

• Monitor and predict operational trends and conduct analyses.

• Establish procedures in compliance with HR regulations.

• Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing the onboarding of new employees.

• Empower team members to take ownership and hold them accountable through consistent feedback.

• Guide employees to meet the organization's standards for productivity, quality, and goal achievement.

• Manage employee work schedules, including training, call-ins, and overtime hours.

• Develop and implement processes and procedures to maintain continuous operational excellence (quality, speed, efficiency, and output).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Prior experience in operations or related fields.

• Strong background in retail or food service industries.
