Key Responsibilities
• Foster a workplace culture aligned with SpinXpress's goals and articulate the mission, vision, and values of the company.
• Recruit, interview, select, hire, and nurture an adequate number of managers and attendants.
• Focus on team development to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Monitor and predict operational trends and conduct analyses.
• Establish procedures in compliance with HR regulations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing the onboarding of new employees.
• Empower team members to take ownership and hold them accountable through consistent feedback.
• Guide employees to meet the organization's standards for productivity, quality, and goal achievement.
• Manage employee work schedules, including training, call-ins, and overtime hours.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to maintain continuous operational excellence (quality, speed, efficiency, and output).
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in operations or related fields.
• Strong background in retail or food service industries.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles.
• Ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource for the management team, providing leadership and direction.
• Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including knowledge of Excel.
