Position Overview:
This role involves managing and overseeing employee benefits for a nonprofit organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing support to employees regarding their benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to employees on benefits options and enrollment processes.
- Handle documentation related to disability claims, FMLA leaves, and changes in employee status.
- Address and resolve issues related to benefits claims and compensation disputes.
- Conduct audits of benefits-related information to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with employee benefits regulations and compliance.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
- A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in benefits administration.
