Job Title: Activities Assistant

Senior Resource Group is seeking a highly motivated and creative Activities Assistant to join our team. As an Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative activities, programs, and events that enrich the lives of our memory care residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative activities, outings, and programs that promote resident engagement and social connectivity.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure full visibility of programming and resident awareness.
  • Manage the activities budget and control costs.
  • Promote participation in activities and foster social connectedness between residents.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with residents, families, and staff.
  • Detail-oriented and able to take a project from start to finish.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Valid AZ driver's license required.
