We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Automotive Store Manager to join our team at Ken Towery's Tire & Auto Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive service bays, ensuring the efficient and productive delivery of services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving store performance and guest satisfaction.
- Support automotive technicians in establishing and maintaining a productive sales environment by providing training and coaching on shop operations and guest services.
- Assist with scheduling employees, completing timecards, and assigning work to Lube and Tire technicians.
- Perform duties of automotive technician when needed.
- Attend meetings and clinics to maintain current knowledge of tools, parts, and repairs.
Requirements
- High school or GED equivalent.
- 2+ years of automotive and sales experience.
- Valid Driver License.
- Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and basic algebra to calculate figures and amounts.
