Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the store's operations, including hiring, supervising, and training staff.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with cash handling and bookkeeping, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies and merchandise as needed.
  • Help maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
