Cybersecurity Chief of Staff Job Description

TECHEAD is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Chief of Staff to support the CISO and cybersecurity team in developing and implementing the organization's cybersecurity strategy and roadmap. This role requires a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Assist the CISO in developing and implementing the organization's cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the cybersecurity team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Policy Development: Develop, review, and update cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks, ensuring the protection of the organization's information assets.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the cybersecurity team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Incident Response: Coordinate and manage the response to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Training and Awareness: Develop and implement cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees at all levels.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cybersecurity initiatives and operations.
Requirements:
