We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Mattress Clearance Centers. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific geographic territory and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or territory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency in sales software and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
