Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Towneplace Suites Tuscaloosa. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed established revenue and room night goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Conduct property site tours to promote hotel facilities and services
  • Determine rates, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and analyze lost business
  • Partner with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accounts
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
