Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team of Experts. As a Mobile Associate, you will play a key role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the Retail Team to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
