- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, with a preference for retail environment.
- Skills: Passionate customer advocate, competitive drive, and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Competitive Compensation: $20.00 hourly base pay, with opportunities for incentive pay and annualized incentives.
