Job Summary
Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Dietitian Lead, you will play a critical role in assessing patients' nutritional status, coordinating clinical nutrition administrative duties, and mentoring other Clinical Dietitians.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for patients with complex nutritional needs.
- Conduct routine screenings to identify patients at nutritional risk and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
- Mentor and train Clinical Dietitians and students on core behaviors and responsibilities of the department and organization.
- Coordinate and lead training sessions and workshops for hospital staff on Medical Nutrition Therapy.
- Collaborate with the Food and Nutrition Services team to enhance patient experience.
Requirements
- Two years of experience as a Clinical Dietitian II or four years of acute hospital experience working with patients in complex care settings.
- Bachelor's Degree with completion of an accredited dietitian program.
- Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Dietitian State license in applicable states.
Compensation
$36.52/hour
