Client Support Specialists are tasked with maintaining daily communication with each casino, training essential casino personnel, and providing entertainment to patrons within the casino setting.
Specific Duties
- Facilitate training sessions for casino personnel and management regarding equipment usage and system functionalities.
- Organize networking events, including the launch of new games and promotional initiatives.
- Deliver weekly written and verbal reports concerning interactions with the casino in a professional and analytical manner.
- Provide the Customer Relations Supervisor with accurate and timely unit counts for each casino.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-tech environment with minimal supervision.
- Capability to establish and sustain effective working relationships.
1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Background in the gaming sector is advantageous.
Additional Requirements
- The successful candidate must be at least 25 years old to comply with Gaming Regulations.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a facility gaming license.
- Must have a clean background record.
