Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in Vermont. As a key member of our orthopedic department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
About the Role
This is a permanent opportunity working 3 hours from Boston and Montreal. You will have the chance to practice resort medicine at the Killington Ski Resort, the largest ski resort in the East. Your expertise in non-operative musculoskeletal treatment, ultrasound, and regenerative medicine injection skills will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat various musculoskeletal conditions
- Perform surgeries and other medical procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Participate in teaching and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $400,000 - $600,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including:
