Corporate Office Manager Job Opening in a Leading Private Equity Firm

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Office Manager to join our team in Midtown Manhattan. This role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to 2 Partners and 2 VPs within the investment team.

About the Role
  • Manage and maintain busy and ever-changing calendars across various time zones.
  • Liaise with external high-level executives and/or their support teams.
  • Update, manage, and maintain Executive contacts.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-7+ years of corporate work experience supporting senior level professionals, preferably in private or growth equity firms. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred/required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar management and maintenance.
  • Liaising with external executives and their support teams.
  • Contact management and maintenance.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $100,250, depending on experience, plus paid overtime and discretionary bonus eligibility.
