About the Role

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation? We have an exciting Part-Time position available at Mercy Hospital Washington, where you will join a team of experienced professionals in caring for cardiac and pulmonary patients.

Job Summary:

This outpatient role requires no nights, weekends, call or holidays. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to patients undergoing stent procedures, MI's, CABG, and valve repair/replacements. Our department is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technology to support your practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with various cardiac and pulmonary conditions
  • Collaborate with Exercise Physiologists and Medical Assistants to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and perform interventions as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
  • Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
  • Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Prolonged standing and walking required during shifts
  • CPR certification and BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion within 30 days of hire

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
