Account Manager II Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager II to join our team at HUB International. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing a book of insurance business, and promoting positive relationships between our sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a book of insurance business with a revenue of $225,000+ and provide critical support to clients
  • Develop and implement insurance plans to meet clients' business and insurance objectives
  • Act as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve complex service issues
  • Identify and follow-up on cross-selling opportunities to contribute to meeting departmental production goals
  • Maintain accurate and organized account files and prepare reports for management as required
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an insurance account management role or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Private client experience strongly preferred
  • High school diploma/GED; college degree strongly preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and AMS (Epic preferred)
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $66,560 - $85,000, comprehensive benefits, and a total compensation package that includes health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA, and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity, and commissions for some positions.
