GPAC is partnering with a well-established company in the commercial construction industry to find a skilled Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career in commercial construction project management.
Job Summary:The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, laborers, and support staff.
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and work closely with finance teams to ensure profitability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Create and maintain project schedules, adjusting as needed to account for any changes or unforeseen issues.
- Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality.
- Address any issues that arise during construction, including delays, disputes, and unforeseen challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $150,000, based on experience and qualifications.
