About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Texas Health Resources. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing a thriving practice that focuses on the assessment and management of adult medical conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage a wide range of adult medical conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician and/or Medical Director
- Provide exceptional patient care and education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Meet CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program
- Current RN license for the State of Texas
- NP Certification and Texas license required
- Internal Medicine NP experience preferred
