Responsibilities:
As a Master Metalworking Specialist, you will be responsible for taking on multiple projects simultaneously, operating various TR equipment safely and efficiently, eliminating problems or recurring issues, and training apprentices. You will also work closely with the engineering team to develop improvements to tooling concepts and continuously seek ways to enhance processes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience building and repairing metal stamping dies, own your tools, and possess knowledge of basic TR equipment and machinery. Self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and adherence to company policies and procedures are essential qualities for this position.
