**Estimated Salary:** $62,000 - $85,000 per year

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Communication Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our pediatric care team, you will work with children and their families to assess and treat communication disorders.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and interpret assessment measures to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment programs for patients ranging from children to geriatric populations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

**Requirements:** A Master's Degree in speech pathology and current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist by the State of Ohio are required. Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is also necessary. Possessing BLS certification or obtaining it within 90 days of hire is mandatory.

**Working Conditions:** May require sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating intermittently during the day. Regularly see and hear within normal visual and audio ranges.
