Job Overview

The Office Coordinator position is essential for overseeing daily operations, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between our facility and headquarters.

This role requires availability for Weekend Nights, specifically from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Compensation:

$21 - $24 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

The following duties are part of this role and may be adjusted as necessary:

  • Print and distribute daily schedules for inbound and outbound operations.
  • Send daily inventory reports to corporate headquarters.
  • Order necessary lab equipment and office supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Prepare documentation for outgoing bulk shipments.
  • Handle paperwork for incoming dry van shipments.
  • Check in drivers and verify they possess the required documentation.
  • Follow up with carriers regarding unloading appointments.
  • Scan and file all relevant paperwork for incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Maintain documentation related to Safe Feed/Safe Food and SAGARPA certifications.
  • Ensure proper labeling of all files.
  • Receive incoming packages and manage outgoing mail.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization in the office and breakroom.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Wear and maintain required protective gear.
