We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team as a Casino Project Concrete Structures Specialist. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of intricate concrete structures, including precast and transfer beam projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for oversight of precast and transfer beam construction, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, subcontractors, superintendents and wider leadership to ensure project alignment and timely completion.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control plan for precast and transfer beam fabrication and erection.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  • Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Adopt a safe and productive work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, (not essential).
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in project management within the concrete construction industry, with expertise in precast, cast-in-place, and transfer beam construction methods being hugely beneficial.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to concrete construction.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Will have some proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • A valid driver's license.
